The SFA Chapter is located in Austin Texas and is named for the Father of Texas, Stephen F. Austin.

We meet at the Northwest Rec Center. Additionally, we enjoy special events together throughout the year.
As a chapter of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas, we support the DRT Mission Statement:
A lineal organization, shall educate, research, preserve and protect the history of the Republic of Texas for all future generations.
In 2023, DRT opened the new Republic of Texas History Center and Museum in Austin
Founded in 1891, the Daughters of The Republic of Texas is the oldest patriotic women’s organization in Texas and one of the oldest in the nation.
